We aspire to create a vibrant sense of community where everyone feels encouraged to share their thoughts and actively participate in discussions. Speaker Coordinator

Find and guide inspiring speakers through the TEDx process

Research and reach out to potential speakers
Ensure speakers align with TEDx values and themes
Organize speaker selection meetings
Coordinate speaker schedules and deadlines
Maintain clear communication between speakers and the TEDxHHN team

Team Marketing

Social Media Manager

Build TEDxHHN’s online presence and engagement.

Manage TEDxHHN’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos.
Monitor trends and audience engagement.

Graphic & Brand Designer

Create visually compelling designs that align with TEDxHHN’s brand identity.

Design marketing materials, including posters, flyers, and digital assets.
Develop a consistent brand look for TEDxHHN.
Assist with stage and event branding visuals.

Finance Manager

Manage TEDxHHN’s budget, sponsorship funds, and expenses.

Keep track of the event’s financial transactions.
